Lead Warehouse Supervisor for a leading U.S. manufacturer in Early Branch, SC.
$20 to $21 per hour
Shifts Available:- 2ndShift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
- 3rdShift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am
- Training Shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, inventory, and shipping activities.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members while monitoring productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, inventory transactions, order picking, and shipment preparation.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assign daily work, communicate shift priorities, and support workforce planning and scheduling.
- Train employeesonwarehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
- Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring proper use of warehouse equipment.
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanners
- Knowledge of receiving, inventory control, picking, and shipping processes
- Forklift certification and/or operating experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability tolift upto 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check are required.
