Physician - Surgery, Cardiothoracic (Thomas) role at WVU Medicine. Board certified/eligible cardiothoracic surgeon with a specialty interest in Adult Cardiac Surgery. Ranks available:
Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor. Practice location:
Charleston, West Virginia.

• Practice in the area of cardiothoracic surgery.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team (surgeons, medical and interventional cardiologists, radiologists, vascular specialists).
• Travel to additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania as needed to fulfill duties.

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent; eligible for state medical license.
• Completed general surgery residency program and a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship program.
• Board eligible or board certified in cardiothoracic surgery.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
