As a Float Phlebotomist
, you will quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will work with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. This role allows you to develop your skills and set you up for growth and continuous opportunities within the organization. If you like variety, this role is perfect for you.
Monday – Friday. Scheduled hours vary between 6:00 am–6:00 pm and rotating Saturdays.
Float IncentiveAdditional $2.00 /hr plus mileage reimbursement. PSTs may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
