Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
  • Licensure:
    • Active PT West Virginia state license.
    • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or similar setting.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in developing and executing individualized treatment plans.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and design personalized therapy plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
