$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

You will be the architect of our inventory accuracy, ensuring seamless operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Establish and manage proper cycle counting procedures and standards.
• Manage all employees involved in the cycle counting process.
• Develop, implement and manage policies and procedures necessary to ensure effective execution of inventory control functions.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the shipping and receiving area, verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the receiving area, verifying and keeping records on incoming shipments.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a cycle counting system.
• Run the daily count list and communicate to cycle counting personnel.
• Reconcile any discrepancies.
• Identify the root cause and implement corrective action.
• Conduct and manage physical inventory at annual or quarterly intervals.
• Interface with necessary departments to resolve any and all issues related to inventory movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through accurate inventory cycle counts, control systems and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain TS-ISO procedures related to inventory control.
• Implement and ensure the use of the SAP system in the department.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control/warehouse management.
• Proficiency with SAP systems preferred.
• Degree in business, management, or a related discipline is a plus.
• APICS Certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and strong multi-tasking capabilities.
