This position plays a key role in delivering a positive dining experience by providing attentive service, accurate order handling, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities- Greet guests promptly and provide a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Process guest checks and handle payments accurately
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned
- Follow company policies, brand standards, and service procedures at all times
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fast-paced restaurant and hospitality environment
- Requires standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods
Competitive hourly pay plus tips, based on experience, availability, and property needs.
Qualifications- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor
- Basic math and POS system skills
- Alcohol service certification required or willingness to obtain, as applicable
