This position plays a key role in delivering a positive dining experience by providing attentive service, accurate order handling, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Successful candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining service standards and professionalism. This role offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and the opportunity to grow within a professionally managed hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and provide a positive first impression
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
  • Process guest checks and handle payments accurately
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned
  • Follow company policies, brand standards, and service procedures at all times
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Flexible scheduling based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fast-paced restaurant and hospitality environment
  • Requires standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods
Compensation

Competitive hourly pay plus tips, based on experience, availability, and property needs.

Qualifications
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
  • Team-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor
  • Basic math and POS system skills
  • Alcohol service certification required or willingness to obtain, as applicable
