• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and promotional signing, staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization, locate merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services is moved to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and thank guests for visiting Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance; ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
