• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests when assistance is needed to solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Process pricing changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store and in your area to resolve guest issues.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle/move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable, prompt attendance.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions, including exposure to elements for duties like Drive-Up or carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
