Sales Representative, Medical Device Sales
Area Sales Manager
Responsible for generating revenue and executing sales methods within a designated geographic area. Duties include presenting products to potential clients, identifying consumer characteristics, and recommending promotional strategies, ultimately growing the customer base and establishing our brand reputation regionally.

- Meet or exceed the territory quota
- Generate leads by cold calling, in person, and over the phone
- Answer customer questions regarding features, pricing, and additional services
- Attend conventions and represent Alma Lasers
- Move customers through the sales cycle and create and close sales opportunities
- Juggle multiple time‑sensitive processes and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Deal with rejection and customer objections, turning them into sales
- Perform product demos and develop content across assets, clinical specialists, and partners to achieve short‑term and long‑term objectives
- Cross‑sell products and collaborate with sales representatives inside and outside the territory
- Provide timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) to the Regional Sales Director using Salesforce
- Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic and other surgeons, urologists, OB/GYN, and private‑practice physicians
- Assist in closing deals with Territory Sales Managers and mentor them
- Carry a quota in the seven‑figure range and possess capsalitate sales experience

- High School or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably in medical or capital equipment sales
- Experience with medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Superior written and verbal communication
- Proven sales record of meeting or exceeding quotas
No direct reports; mentors Territory Sales Managers.
Work Environment:
Remote with occasional onsite visits to clients’ offices and spas. Standard office equipment and mobile devices used.
Physical Demands:
Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
Travel: 60% travel required.
Work Authorization:
Documentation showing eligibility to work in the United States is required.
