AboutThe Role
The Graduate Research School is seeking a Governance & Reporting Coordinator to play a key role in providing high-quality governance and operational support across our HDR portfolio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who can step in quickly, manage governance processes confidently, and keep committees and scholarship establishment processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate governance processes and provide high-quality secretariat support for the Graduate Research Committee (GRC), including agenda preparation, papers, minutes and action tracking
- Provide secretariat and coordination support for the HDR Course Advisory Group and other committees or working groups as required
- Assist with the administration of HDR scholarships, including conditions of award and coordination with the Research Grants team to support scholarship agreements
You are an organised and reliable professional who brings strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
