• Experience in any type of ag‑related sales is preferred, especially agronomy

• Support the Training Director in a wide range of training and agronomy‑related initiatives, including curriculum development, resource updates, management of planting and harvest data, and other functions to support the agronomy staff.
• Assist with the development and delivery of training programs and curriculum for support staff, including office coordinators and warehouse personnel.
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and store locations to plan, organize, and communicate details for in‑person and virtual training events.
• Communicate and coordinate with company representatives to plan and support in‑person and virtual training events.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage training webinars and other small‑group training sessions.
• Communicate training opportunities, resources, and updates to agronomists in a timely and organized manner.
• Support new employee onboarding processes.
• Coordinate and execute exhibitor communications for the Ag PhD Field Day in collaboration with other team members.
• Prepare for and attend career fairs on an as‑needed basis to support recruiting and outreach efforts.
