At Rich Green Lawns, we call sales Solutions because we believe our job is to educate, build trust, and recommend services that make sense for each client. Pushing unnecessary services to hit a quota doesn’t fit our approach.

We’re looking for a Solutions Coordinator who shares that philosophy: someone who enjoys helping people, takes initiative, and follows through.

This is a customer service role with a sales focus. You’ll support both our Client Care and Solutions teams, helping clients get answers, understand their options, and take the next step with confidence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client questions and service requests with professionalism, care, and a sense of urgency.
• Following up on outstanding estimates and helping clients understand recommended services.
• Reaching out to current and prospective clients about relevant service opportunities.
• Listening to concerns, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending solutions based on each property’s needs.
• Keeping accurate notes and documenting conversations, commitments, and next steps.
• Working closely with office and field teams to provide a consistent client experience.
• Taking ownership of open items and seeing them through to resolution.

You bring positive energy, communicate clearly, and understand that your effort affects the entire team. You’re comfortable starting conversations, asking for a client’s business when a service is a good fit, and following up without being pushy.

Customer service, inside sales, client relations, or similar experience is valuable. A willingness to learn our services and understand our clients’ needs is essential.
