We are currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team and provide outpatient care services at a tribal partner facility. This is more than just a job it s an opportunity to create lasting impact and serve American Indian communities with integrity and respect.

• Setting: Outpatient Clinic

• Patient Demographics: All ages (pediatrics to geriatrics)

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed

• Compensation: Competitive rates

• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions

• Provide comprehensive physical exams for pediatric and adult patients

• Collaborate with specialists and other providers to coordinate care

• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Maintain clear and timely documentation in the medical record system

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

• Unrestricted medical license and DEA in any U.S. state or territory

• Must not have had a lapse in clinical practice greater than 6 months prior to assignment
