Items Needed for Consideration:
- Resume with all gaps explained
- BC/BE Emergency, Family, Internal Medicine Physicians with full-time experience within the last two (2) years practicing in an ED setting.
- 2-3 professional references (names, numbers, titles, and emails).
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, ATLS, DEA - Active State medical license in ANY of the 50 states.
