This position is on-site in Dallas-Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco. The base pay range is $100.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Relocation assistance is provided.
2 Hour Learning delivers AI-driven, mastery-based education with a focus on rapid, high-performance outcomes. The role leads the complete admissions cycle for your assigned campus (Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco) with total ownership of the enrollment pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing- Replying to all new prospect inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, substantive communication that avoids generic templating.
- Conducting campus tours and enrollment events to demonstrate how and why the instructional model accelerates learning and which families will thrive in it.
- Managing every stage of the admissions process, from initial application through shadow visit coordination, enrollment decision conversations, and family onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance reviews, with a focus on Hub Spot.
- Iterating on admissions collateral, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions informed by live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
- Supervising others. This role is structured as an independent contributor position.
- Dealing with bureaucratic slowdowns. We operate at the pace of a growth-stage startup, not a traditional school district.
- Enrolling every applicant. This educational model isn’t suited for all families, and your responsibility includes identifying the right fit.
- Defending our unconventional approach. Our performance data carries more weight than institutional precedent.
- Operating remotely. This is an on-campus, in-person position with periodic attendance at local community events.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the admissions process and continuously refine it to convert qualified prospects into enrolled students. Build and sustain a high-conversion, highly selective enrollment pipeline that mirrors the precision and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning educational model.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years of direct experience managing full-cycle admissions at a selective, tuition-funded academic program
- Documented track record of success in selective enrollment management spanning initial inquiry through final commitment
- Outstanding communication abilities across written correspondence, public presentation, and individual consultation
- Demonstrated ease working with affluent families and sophisticated decision-makers
- Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly Hub Spot), calendar management, and precision in execution
- Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Background in highly selective K–12 independent schools or competitive university admissions
- Track record designing and executing high-engagement, high-conversion enrollment events
- Proficiency with analytics, performance tracking, and evidence-based process improvement
- Prior exposure to AI-enhanced or mastery-based instructional frameworks

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year with 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. Payments are weekly. For more details, see
