Campus Services Manager, Alpha
Annual salary: $75,000 USD (equivalent to $37.50 hr for 40 hrs/week, 50 weeks/year). This range is based on experience and skill level.
Location:
In‑person at Alpha campuses (Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA; Raleigh, NC).
Alpha is a K‑12 private institution that uses adaptive applications and skilled Guides to deliver mastery‑oriented learning. As Campus Services Manager you will shape campus culture, establish operational standards, and lead a high‑impact admissions process while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Be Doing- Conduct personalized, high‑conversion family tours to communicate Alpha’s commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
- Execute and manage proactive outreach strategies to advance prospective families through the enrollment pipeline.
- Implement stringent safety and safeguarding procedures to maintain a secure environment for students and families.
- Manage facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair coordination.
- Consistently review data to optimize processes and enhance operational performance and enrollment results.
- Perform narrow, repetitive administrative functions isolated from frontline interaction.
- Operate under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that limits autonomy.
- Deal with bureaucratic obstacles that impede substantive progress.
- Focus solely on documentation, removed from direct interaction with students and families.
Assume full ownership of a seamless, high‑impact admissions process while sustaining a safe, operationally sound campus environment, supporting Alpha’s growth and commitments to families.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (field not specified)
- 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
- Experience working with children/students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Availability to work in person in one of the listed locations
