Gen Pro Energy Solutions has led the charge as one of the Midwest’s leading solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms. Our team ignited the Nebraska solar market, creating a thriving pipeline of community and municipal projects. Now, with a national footprint, over $168M in annual revenue, and a workforce of 100+ professionals, we partner with developers to build premier solar farms, focusing on community and utility-scale projects across the Midwest.

This newly created role is all about maximizing efficiency and sustainability across our solar projects—transforming potential waste into valuable resources. As the Solar Surplus & Logistics Wrangler, you’ll serve as a mobile guardian of our assets—recovering unused materials from project sites, coordinating their reuse, and managing the smooth transport of tools, equipment, and supplies across our operations.
This hands‑on role blends fieldwork, creative problem‑solving, and logistical expertise to help reduce costs, minimize environmental impact, and keep our solar initiatives running at full power. If you’re a detail‑oriented road warrior with a passion for construction, sustainability, and smart resource management, this is your chance to wrangle resources and drive real impact in the renewable energy world.
