Construction​/Concrete Engineer

We’re hiring a Concrete & Construction Technology Engineer for a leading manufacturer of precast and modular concrete buildings used nationwide. This position is ideal for someone with a background in construction or civil engineering who has worked closely with concrete materials and wants to shape the future of how concrete structures are designed, built, and optimized.

• Collaborate with construction, engineering, and production teams to improve concrete mixes, casting methods, and building performance.
• Apply hands-on experience in concrete testing, quality assurance, and performance enhancement.
• Contribute to the development of advanced concrete solutions used in specialized, modular buildings for infrastructure, telecom, and energy sectors.
• Support projects from design through production, ensuring that construction materials meet durability and performance standards.

• Requirement:
  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Materials Science.
• 3+ years of experience with concrete materials, construction processes, or precast structural systems.
• Experience with UHPC or other innovative concrete technologies is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of concrete mix design, curing, and structural behaviors.
• Knowledge of modular or precast construction methods and structural integration on active job sites.
