The role involves developing personalized financial plans to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals, including retirement, investments, and insurance planning. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying financial needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Additional duties include staying up‑to‑date with market trends, adhering to compliance regulations, and working collaboratively with team members to meet organizational objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is preferred.
- Licensing in insurance and securities is a plus but not required upon hiring.
