Good Samaritan Society - 700 Main St [Nursing Assistant / Patient Health] As a Medication Assistant at Good Samaritan Society, you'll:
Serve as caregiver who provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents;
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and within your scope of practice as defined by state regulations;
Document the outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary;
Communicate changing condition, medication follow-up and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse.
