Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to provide services at the Core Civic-operated Prairie Correctional Facility in Appleton, MN. This part-time role typically involves 2–3 days per week, offering flexibility and consistent patient flow.
You will evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans, collaborate with facility staff, document thoroughly, and help improve mobility and quality of life for a medically complex population.
