The Role

We’re looking for a LOCAL to Sioux Falls, SD
Recruiter who’s hungry, driven, and ready to grow with us. This isn’t a sit-back kind of job. You’ll be sourcing top talent, building deep relationships, and partnering with clients to help them grow their teams — and their businesses. We are looking for self-motivated driven individuals who are ready to be all they can be- and more.

This role is about more than filling seats. It’s about representing our values, serving people well, and hustling with heart.

What You’ll Do
  • Source, engage, and connect with top candidates (yes, that means digging deep and getting creative).
  • Run full-cycle recruiting: outreach, screening, scheduling, interviews, offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to truly understand the roles and teams you’re hiring for.
  • Keep candidates in the loop with honest, transparent communication.
  • Track metrics, manage pipelines, and constantly sharpen the process.
  • Show up every day ready to hustle, learn, and win with the team.
Who You Are
  • 2+ years in recruiting (or a related role) (preferred- but some of our best recruiters never recruited before!)
  • Confident communicator and relationship-builder.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Resourceful in sourcing — you know how to find great people where others can’t.
  • Hungry to grow, willing to be coached, and ready to put in the work.
