People Operations Specialist – Wall Township, NJ
Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about creating a positive, employee-centric workplace? Our client is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their dynamic People Team. This role offers hands‑on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and culture‑building as part of a thriving organization.
What You’ll Do:- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in Bamboo
HR and related systems - Prepare and manage offer letters, promotion documents, and employment changes
- Administer People systems (Bamboo
HR, Trainual), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity - Process bi‑weekly payroll and support benefits administration
- Act as a key contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and processes
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, company events, and continuous improvement projects
- Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Marketing for cross‑functional initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related preferred)
- Experience processing payroll and benefits
- Working knowledge of HR systems (Bamboo
HR strongly preferred) - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
