ISeries​/AS400 Support Analyst - NJ or NE or GA

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join their technical support team. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT Operations supporting critical banking and financial systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Ensure the resolution of complex system operation issues related to the Signature core account processing platform.
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with clients, implementation teams, engineering, development, and operations staff.
• Resolve deployment-related issues in test and production environments.
• Perform risk assessments throughout the implementation lifecycle up to live production.
• Interface with technical development resources and internal client services personnel to troubleshoot non-routine problems and implement solutions.

• At least 6 years of experience with ISeries/AS400 systems.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with RPG programming.
• Proven experience of 3+ years working in a complex banking operations or financial services environment.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide optimal solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
