Oglala Sioux Tribal Court operates from the Justice Center for the People located in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Court Clerk based in Pine Ridge, SD. Responsibilities include managing court records, assisting in court proceedings, organizing legal documents, and ensuring efficient court operations. The Court Clerk will interact with judges, attorneys, and the general public, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

• Knowledge of legal principles, court proceedings, and the judicial system
• Strong organizational skills for managing court records and legal documents
• Effective communication skills to interact with court participants and staff
• Experience in working within a court or legal environment is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
• Familiarity with Oglala Sioux Tribe laws and culture is an advantage
