As Store Manager, you’ll oversee store operations, develop your team, and work with company leadership to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Drive Sales & Profitability: Take ownership of store performance by identifying sales opportunities, managing expenses, and working toward revenue and profitability goals.

Lead & Develop Your Team: Coach, mentor, schedule, and support employees so they can perform at their best and grow their skills.

Build a Strong Team: Help recruit, interview, and hire the right people while creating a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

Deliver an Outstanding Customer

Experience:

Build customer loyalty through dependable service, product knowledge, and a team that puts customers first.

Manage Daily Operations: Oversee inventory accuracy, cash handling, store security, and vehicle maintenance while ensuring company procedures are followed.

Support Employee Performance: Set expectations, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and partner with HR on employee matters and compliance.

Lead with Integrity: Represent Auto Value professionally and foster a culture built on trust, teamwork, and accountability.

Keep Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, programs, business priorities, and customer needs.

Basic to intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn company systems.

High school diploma or GED required; some college and prior management experience preferred.

Previous automotive parts industry experience is a plus. Training is available to help the right candidate succeed.

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
