Position Overview

If you like working with your hands and are reliable, punctual, eager, and ambitious, you have what it takes to be part of our production team. You could be placed in any open position within the plant that best fits your skill set—and we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. See the job in the video below!

• Perform tasks to support cabinet production and assembly.

• Follow written or demonstrated instructions to complete assigned work.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Varies by position. May include:

• Hand tools (drills, tape measures, sanders, staple guns)

• Machinery (training provided as needed)

• Safety glasses

• Ear plugs

Showplace provides job-specific training before assigning employees to their position. We are looking for candidates who either possess or are willing to acquire the following skills:

• Must be 18 or older

• Basic reading & writing skills

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Ability to bend and twist throughout the shift

• Attention to detail

• Strong communication with co-workers

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)

• Occasional Saturdays: Rare, as needed

• Part-Time Option: Flexible scheduling within the hours above

Time Off:

• 15 days paid vacation (minimum) per year, starting Day 1

• 8.5 paid holidays
