Truss Assembler 1st Shift

Truss Pro's Company, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking a Truss Assembler to join their team in Britton, SD!

Schedule: Mon-Fri: 7:00AM-4:30PM

Wage: 18.00 - 25.00 per hour based on experience

How you will spend your day as a Truss Assembler:

• Places truss pieces, chords, webs, and plates in appropriate position.
• Hammers plates secure in advance of pressing operation.
• Assists in pushing or pulling trusses from table.
• Cleans up work area on a regular basis to avoid stepping on or tripping over scrap material.
• Maintains good communications with Truss Assembly Lead and other Truss Assemblers to have a cohesive and productive work team.
• Learns and applies appropriate safety regulations including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Experience: None, we are willing to train the right candidates! But it’s also great if you have construction experience.
• Physical: Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts.
• Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift.
• Willingness: Must have the drive to learn.
• Teamwork: Team focused approach to work.
• Excellence: Excellent work ethic and attendance.
