Process Technician - Blue - LID

Location: Leola, PA
Shift: 6a-6:15p on a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off!)

Role Overview:
Responsible for setting up, operating, testing, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Set up and operate complex machinery; adjust as needed.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Use hand and power tools for maintenance and repair.
• Support engineers with process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Commit to safety, GMP, and quality standards.

• Education & Experience:
  • Associate’s degree + 3 years experience;
    OR
  • High school diploma + 5 years experience.
• Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with quality methods (SPC, 5S, FMEA, etc.).
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
