Advanced Practice Nurse; Nurse Practitioner

The purpose of this position is to provide, plan, deliver, and evaluate interventions and treatments, including clinical support in the clinic for chronic health conditions, preventive healthcare, urgent care, and walk-in services in ambulatory clinics. The incumbent reports to the Supervisory Physician or designee.

Minimum Requirements:

• Selection may be subject to a probationary period.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• This position involves contact or control over Indian children, and the candidate must meet certain legal criteria.
• Employees may be subject to immunization policies for Measles, Rubella, and seasonal influenza.
• The individual must obtain and maintain medical staff clinical privileges, including licensure requirements. Failure to do so may result in adverse employment actions.
• On-call hours or standby duty may be required.
• Must pass E-Verify employment verification.

Conditions of Employment: Shift work including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Direct deposit setup required. Background checks, fingerprinting, and suitability assessments are mandatory prior to and during employment.
