• Hourly rate:
  Starting at $17‑$18.50, plus experience premium
• Sign‑on bonus: $3,000 available for full‑time CNAs
• Must be 16 years old to apply

• Perform activities of daily living for residents
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure resident comfort
• Support resident education and maintain detailed records

• State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or completion of an accredited South Dakota CNA training program
• Prior CNA experience preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts and manage shift differential pay
