Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – South Dakota or compact state

• BLS certification (American Heart Association required)

• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical and healthcare environment
Operating Room RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room

• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures

• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery

• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the OR

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care

• Float to other clinical units within your skillset as needed

• Work every other weekend as scheduled
