You will assist with daily living activities, document vital signs, and support the nursing team under supervision of an RN, following care plans and infection prevention protocols.
Minimum 3 months in long-term care (6 months preferred) and CNA certification with state board are required; driving may be needed for travel between locations within a 75-mile radius.
