Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to join our full-time night-shift team. You will help patients on their rehabilitation journey with personalized care and access to tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities.
As an LPN/LVN, you will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, monitor vital signs, and support the implementation of patient care plans. Current licensure and CPR are required; inpatient experience is preferred.
