The QA Technician
Level1 position is primarily responsiblefortheday-to-dayqualityactivitiesassociatedwith the production,sampling,inspection,testing,andreleaseofmaterialsandfinishedproducts . This position works closely with the Quality Manager.
Perform in-cominginspectionof materialsandfinished product.
- Assist Production within-process testing,as needed.
- Perform Sterile Finished Goods Inspection
- Placementandincubationofbiologicalindicatorsassociatedwith sterilization
- Update Qualityproceduresassociatedwiththeactivitieslistedabove,as needed
- Changethestatusofitemswithinthecompanycomputer system
- Performotherdutieswithinthe Quality department (NCR,Validation,CAPA,Internal Audits,etc.),as assigned by the Quality Manager.
- One(1) year experience withinaregulatedindustry(medical device,pharmaceutical,food, etc.
- Good computer skills.
- Highlyorganizedanddetail- oriented.
- Mustbeabletoliftupto
60lbs repeatedly - Mustbe able to stand for long periods (seven(7) hoursor more)
- Mustbe abletoworkinbothclimateandnon-climatecontrolledwork areas
