Job SummaryThe Retail Associate assists guests as they shop, greeting them, answering questions about merchandise, and following procedures to capture sales and payments.

- Schedule:
Typical 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

- Greet guests and ensure a positive experience.
- Keep merchandise stocked on shelves, counters and tables.
- Assist guests with questions, suggest items, emphasize selling points, and demonstrate use of merchandise.
- Prepare guest sales at the register and maintain the cashier drawer.
- Process returns and determine refunds or replacements.
- Follow company and departmental environmental and safety practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Willing to pitch in and help the team.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and enthusiasm.
- Constant standing, walking, handling, reaching outward, lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 12 lbs.
- Frequent reaching above shoulder, climbing, lifting/carrying 11–20 lbs, and pushing/pulling 13–25 lbs.
- Occasional crawling, squatting/kneeling, bending, and lifting/carrying 21–100 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 26–100 lbs.
