Full-Time Customer Service / Showroom Sales / Office Support

Owner operated company seeking a motivated, friendly, and highly organized individual to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

• Greet customers and assist with in-person showroom sales
• Answer and route phone calls; provide accurate product information
• Prepare customer quotes, including quoting from blueprints and drawings
• Process purchasing orders and support procurement activities
• Handle bookkeeping tasks, including Quick Books accounts receivable
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with our team and suppliers
• Perform general office support as needed
• Multi-task effectively between responsibilities

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Experience with Quick Books, Microsoft Office, Excel (Accounts Receivable preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to prepare quotes
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Prior office or sales experience strongly preferred – BILINGUAL A PLUS
