Build and support client relationships through informed follow-up and practical service coordination.
Position OverviewThe Account Representative / Client Development role supports relationships with law firms, carriers, employers, and other organizations that use medical-legal coordination services. The work is centered on understanding needs, communicating clearly, and following through.
What You’ll Do- Maintain regular communication with assigned and prospective clients
- Learn how IES services fit different case and organization needs
- Coordinate follow-up with the scheduling and service teams
- Keep relationship notes and next steps organized
- Strong listening, writing, and follow-up skills
- Professional confidence without a high-pressure sales approach
- Ability to learn a specialized service model
- Client service, account management, or business development experience is helpful
Hybrid in Shelby Township with client communication by phone and email.
Full-time schedule during regular business hours.
