Where Is The Work

On‑site (5 days a week)

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for all on‑site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • Serve as the direct customer contact and manage products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment at the customer’s location.
  • Use cutting‑edge software and technology, along with hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Enforce safety standards, maintain security, and keep accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
What You Will Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required), typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (smartphone, iPad).
  • Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major violations in the past three years.
  • EPA Certification.
Additional Requirements and Environmental Exposure
  • Must safely operate a vehicle with a seatbelt.
  • Must wear helmets, safety goggles, fall‑protection harness, and safety boots while on the job.
  • Must twist torso 90°, squat, touch floor with both hands, reach over head, and stand on concrete for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
  • Position is highly physical, involving hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, and ladder climbing.
  • Must lift up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 40 lbs. frequently, and occasionally more.
  • Must use a ladder with a 375‑lb. weight limit while carrying equipment of 50 lbs. or less.
  • Must maneuver confined areas as small as 30" × 45".
  • Must access rooftops with extension and/or fixed ladders at heights of 15–20 ft., occasionally up to 50 ft.
  • May be exposed to variable weather, moving parts, heights, electrical shock, and loud equipment.
Compensation

Base Pay Range
: $ 24–$42/Hr
