This position works on heavy industrial construction sites. The Journeyman will collaborate with the job supervisor to complete projects on time and under budget.

• Construct, fabricate, install, and dismantle form work of fixtures of metal, wood, and other accessories, rod‑busting, and concrete finishing.
• Read and interpret instructions.
• Document, plan, and perform work activities independently.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Perform all other job duties as assigned.

• 2 years of form setting, rod‑busting, and concrete finishing experience in an industrial construction setting.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment; understanding of materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and building codes; proficient at reading blueprints.
• Ability to explain steps and provide clear directions.
• Strong documentation skills, including completion of purchase order paperwork, time sheets, and other required construction records.
• Willingness to embrace the company’s core values.
• Pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Mature 18 years old or older.

• Outside most of the time.
• Possible exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures.
• Manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environment.
• Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels.
• Limited working surfaces.
• Use of X‑ray machines.
• Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.
• Exposure to areas with limited visibility.

• Climb stairs, ladders, trenches, and elevated platforms (including scaffolding) safely.
• Lift equipment and materials weighing 1–50 pounds; lift 50% of the time monthly for required tasks.
• Walk on uneven terrain (average 2 miles per day).
• Stand, sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel as required.
• Use respirator if needed.
• Drive if required; valid driver’s license and proof of insurability required. All drivers subject to DMV background records search.
