Overview
Chamberlain has a permanent full-time Water/Wastewater position open. The position is responsible for operating and maintaining water and wastewater treatment and distribution.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment and distribution systems.
- Perform testing and chemical adjustments.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Install and repair water and sewer lines.
- Read diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Ability to read diagrams, blueprints and technical manuals.
- Ability to obtain a CDL and Class I licenses within one year.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, rotating weekends and holidays.
- Dependable, courteous, and possess a mechanical ability.
Starting wage of $25 per hour, with potential for higher amounts based on experience and certification level. Benefits package includes health insurance, SDRS pension, paid sick leave, vacation and holidays.
