Pay - $30-36/hr DOE
Integr8staff is seeking a Staff Accountant to support monthly financial close, overseeing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and delivering comprehensive accounting support to the Controller.
Responsibilities- Month-end close and GL reconciliations
- Support the oversight of accounts payable, ensuring proper coding, accurate entries, and timely payments.
- Reconcile financial accounts, including cash disbursement accounts and customer accounts, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Run ad hoc financial reports as requested by the Controller or Accounting Manager, particularly for general accounting and AP/AR functions on Sage 300, Timberline.
- Assist the Accounting Manager with monthly credit card transactions
- Protect the organization's value by keeping financial and business information confidential
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience; prior construction industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with SAGE 300. Timberline preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
