Overview
We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. Domino’s is growing rapidly and offers many opportunities for career advancement—from entry‑level roles to franchise ownership and management positions.
Responsibilities- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
- Prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and clean equipment and facility daily.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and ensure correct monetary change.
- Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for accurate and rapid movements.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication skills; ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to quickly and accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide, possibly using a calculator.
- Visible ability to add correct monetary change.
- Training orientation will be provided on the job.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, and hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts may present hazards.
