Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Hiring Process:
  • Application Review: We will carefully review all applications and resumes.
  • Initial Screening: Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial phone or video interview to assess their qualifications and fit.
  • In-Person Interview: Top candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with our HR team and relevant department heads.
  • Reference Check: We will verify references and employment history.
  • Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer and begin the onboarding process.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from initial contact, hiring to exit.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to welcome new hires.
  • Process paperwork and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance reviews.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.
  • The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software.
  • Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR databases.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player:
    No drama.
  • Dependable.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
