Crane Veyor Corp. is seeking an experienced and dependable maintenance technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our buildings, grounds, and equipment remain in optimal condition to support daily operations.

• Perform routine facility maintenance, inspections, and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues such as outlets, lighting, and switches.
• Address plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
• Assist with roof repairs, patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete cement and concrete work, including patching, small slab, and walkway repairs when necessary.
• Maintain landscaping and gardening areas to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
• Perform basic carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks as needed.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with management to plan and prioritize preventive maintenance schedules.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance, construction, or related trade.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate tools, power equipment, and maintenance machinery.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing manual labor as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
