The primary purpose of this role is to perform our industry leading pest management services for commercial customers. You will be responsible for identifying and eliminating pests from commercial properties by conducting thorough inspections, determining the type of pest infestation, applying appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps, and providing preventative measures to prevent future infestations, all while adhering to safety regulations and communicating with clients about pest control solutions.

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest‑free environment.
• Provide advice on how to reduce the risk of future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, help with sales to current customers, and expand our product to new customers.
• Ensure all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and safely operate a company‑provided service vehicle (routine maintenance provided).

• Work in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways.
• Work around animals, insects, and termites.
• Handle mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights, scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals safely.
• Work both inside and outside in company‑provided weather gear.
• Move frequently, including sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and using stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
• Wear personal protective equipment such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

Clean shaven face – for safety reasons (rebreathers must seal the face).

High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided).

Available to work Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information internally and externally.

Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).

Customer‑facing experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and bending.
• Knowledge of local pest‑control regulations and safety protocols is a plus.

Annual earning potential is over $40,000 average compensation (base commission) during the first 12 months. Actual annual potential is based on individual performance and our top technicians earn well over $100,000 annually. Pay range hourly: $20.00 – $23.00.
