The Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central Illinois are seeking a Youth Development Assistant to support after-school programs for Club members. You will help implement engaging activities across education, arts, sports, STEM, and more, while upholding the Five Key Elements of Positive Youth Development.
This role emphasizes safety, collaboration with staff and volunteers, and clear communication with youth. Afternoon hours Monday–Friday provide hands-on experience in a supportive nonprofit setting.
