Overview
:
As a Part‑Time Customer Service Lead, you will work under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to lead daily customer‑service initiatives, motivate associates, and ensure exceptional, friendly, and professional service at all times.
- Model company core values, Burlington philosophy, and appropriate back‑of‑house standards for the team.
- Drive improvement of friendliness, checkout speed, and customer‑feedback surveys by maintaining a customer‑first focus.
- Maintain a neat front‑end area and troubleshoot register/transaction issues.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule—including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays—as required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand or walk for extended periods.
