Gryphon Oakwood is currently working with a rapidly growing MEP Specialty Contractor seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee a $200M Southeast business unit

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty construction finance
, with experience supporting complex industrial and commercial mechanical and electrical projects. This individual will play a key leadership role in driving financial performance, operational discipline, cash flow, and continued business growth.

• Oversee all financial operations for a $200M+ business unit
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Partner closely with operational leadership on project performance, profitability, and cash flow
• Provide financial oversight across complex mechanical and electrical construction projects
• Monitor WIP, job costing, margins, change orders, and project financial performance
• Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
